mid year newsletter: reflection, reinvention, rejuvenating

hi lazies

this is a mid-year recap of 2024 and I am just wondering where the time has gone, and what is next in store.

i'm writing this july 15, and half of the year is GONE. we will never get it back and what we've done from january to mid july is done and done. we can't do anything about it, no time travel, so the only thing from now on is paying attention to the present and the future.

this could be starting a new hobby, business, or lifestyle. or working on an already existing one and improving it. writing down your goals and reflecting on whats to come.

things I'm looking forward to + grateful for

for the rest of the year i'm looking for ward to:

  • starting college and moving into my dorm
  • starting gym classes! i'm excited to go to the gym and have a routine
  • meet new people, and experience new things.

content from me + updates

  • new podcast episodes!

access them on any platform here.

content, I've been enjoying

  • I've started to listen to "For the healthy hoes" podcasts
  • A LOT of college videos on both Youtube and Tiktok

weekly tips

  • start planning, if you plan now, you won't be disorganized later.
  • start early, internships are out now, jobs are looking now, opportunities are always there for those who start early.

media recommendations

  • Watching Royal Pains on Netflix
  • Please let me know if you have any Hulu favorites!

upcoming events:

be true to yourself. stick to your morals and values, don't let others derail you,
